4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request that cancellations or amendments be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge of £25 per person.

Details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Menu & Dietary Requirements

Our menus are subject to change based on seasonality and availability of ingredients.

While we take great care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking and upon arrival.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

• Payment is due at the time of dining unless otherwise stated.

• We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed in-store.

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.

• Expiry dates apply and are clearly stated on the voucher.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful environment for all guests and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service or request guests to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
